Ingredients:

- Chicken --> 250 gms
- Mushroom --> 150 gms
- Onion --> 2 nos.
- Tomato --> 2 nos.
- Ginger paste --> 1 tsp
- Garlic paste --> 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder --> 1 tsp
- Coriander powder --> 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder --> 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves --> 1 cup
- Water --> 1 & 1/2 cups
- Salt --> as per taste
- Oil --> 2 Tbsp

- Heat the oil in a deep pan on medium heat.When hot add the chopped onions & cook till they are softened & then add the ginger-garlic paste.Fry for a minute.
- Now add in all the powders - coriander powder,black pepper powder,garam masala powder and the chopped coriander leaves(cilantro leaves) 3/4th cup.
- Add the cleaned chicken pieces and fry till the chicken pieces turn from pink to whitish in color.
- Add water and salt and cook it covered for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and add chopped mushroom & tomatoes and cook covered for about 3 minutes.
- Now add the remaining chopped coriander leaves(cilantro leaves) 1/4 cup and stir it for 1 minute & remove from heat and serve hot with rotis,chapati or bread.
