Ingredients:

- Chicken --> 250 gms
- Mushroom --> 150 gms
- Onion --> 2 nos.
- Tomato --> 2 nos.
- Ginger paste --> 1 tsp
- Garlic paste --> 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder --> 1 tsp
- Coriander powder --> 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder --> 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves --> 1 cup
- Water --> 1 & 1/2 cups
- Salt --> as per taste
- Oil --> 2 Tbsp

- Heat the oil in a deep pan on medium heat.When hot add the chopped onions & cook till they are softened & then add the ginger-garlic paste.Fry for a minute.
- Now add in all the powders - coriander powder,black pepper powder,garam masala powder and the chopped coriander leaves(cilantro leaves) 3/4th cup.
- Add the cleaned chicken pieces and fry till the chicken pieces turn from pink to whitish in color.
- Add water and salt and cook it covered for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and add chopped mushroom & tomatoes and cook covered for about 3 minutes.
- Now add the remaining chopped coriander leaves(cilantro leaves) 1/4 cup and stir it for 1 minute & remove from heat and serve hot with rotis,chapati or bread.
looks spicy and very flavourful...nice flavour from coriander leaves and loved the pineapple cake as well..
Nice addition of mushroom in chicken gravy. Must be delicious. The curry looks so spicy and yummy...
I tried this recipe...is amazing..nice combination of mushroom and chicken.
